Is there some kind of large population of patient souls where you get your customer service people from? Do they also babysit for a trio of tiny terrors (ages: 3, 6, & 8)? I must have been on the phone with this person (I forget her name, sorry!) for at least a half an hour trying to order a simple flower arrangement and I have to chase around my terrors (I mean: lovely children) at the same time. For anyone who has a girlfriend in another part of the country, I have three little words of advice: FTD. It doesn't matter if there's a problem in the relationship, if someone's angry with someone else, if someone misses someone else, or if there's something else going on. Flowers will fix it. My best day this year was seeing the look on my five-year-old's face when she saw the giant package of flowers that my father sent to her on her first day of kindergarten.
