I’m appreciative of the lengths you went to in order to resolve a credit card problem. It was partly my fault for waiting till the last minute in order to get my wife flowers for our anniversary. I was a little stressed about it being such a time crunch and my credit card problem, and I yelled at your customer service person. I apologize. This is a strange story, I know, but I had to get flowers not just to an address, but to a specific location within that address. Worst of all, it wasn't marked anywhere. My cousin is a stand-up comedian, and the flowers for him were for his first steady gig in L.A. They had to be right off-stage behind the curtain so as he came off, the flowers would be presented to him in his hands. My God, I can't believe they were there at just the right time. I was nervous as a cockroach at a tap-dance contest, but everything worked out OK. My cousin killed the audience, got the flowers, and then called me almost out of breath and with tears in his eyes (so he said). Thanks so much.(Trish N., Rochester MN )

Thank you for helping my sister-in-law celebrate her 30th birthday in style. She's never really been a part of our family in any meaningful way, even though she tries I think my brother has managed to shield her from much of the family nonsense that might help bring us closer. This year, I ordered flowers from your site, and our older sister did as well. We all got together for her birthday, without my idiot younger brother, and we realized that the flowers helped break the ice when we got there.
