As a society, we tend to send flowers out of feelings of guilt for not being in a place we would normally be. The reports were glowing. It wasn't just the normal "satisfaction" type customer comments. The people you call customers actually seem to feel like you're a part of their lives, which is very telling for a potential customer like me.
