I felt kind of weird at first ordering flower displays for a funeral over the Internet. It's interesting what kind of preconceptions we have about such things. I was always under the impression that it would somehow "mean more" if I were to do that in person at a flower shop. Well, I went to a number of flower shops before going online to order from you, and it didn't feel right getting the hard-sell from them. That might be unfair because they're in business to sell flowers, but still, that's how I felt. I wasn't all that close with my Uncle Tommy, but it's sad when anyone dies, so I can only imagine how someone must feel talking to salespeople who are constantly trying to "sell them up" to more and more expensive pieces. I don't mean to sound like I dislike salespeople. But it's just easier in the long run to come to these decisions on your own. I love your fruit basket gifts! I send them to everyone everywhere. Trust me, I've used those so-called fruit specialists and the quality is so uneven. I had to take more than a few calls from people who asked me to send them again because the fruit was actually rotten. Just a few months ago I had a friend who told me that the oranges she got were growing a fungus. But now that I use you people for sending my precious fruit gifts, I've had no such problems. My mother sent me flowers out of the blue the other day. I called her up to find out what was going on, and she told me that she suddenly realized that she had a wonderful daughter. I almost wish there was a camera there to catch the expression on my face. The note on the card had your name on it, but that's not why I'm giving you feedback. You probably don't know exactly what happens to your flowers after their get received. Well, they're sitting on my kitchen table right now, two months after I received them. Two months!
