Is there some kind of large population of patient souls where you get your customer service people from? Do they also babysit for a trio of tiny terrors (ages: 3, 6, & 8)? I must have been on the phone with this person (I forget her name, sorry!) for at least a half an hour trying to order a simple flower arrangement and I have to chase around my terrors (I mean: lovely children) at the same time. I went a little crazy and bought a lot of your bouquets for people on my birthday list. Almost all of them have birthdays in August for some reason, and I just wanted to save time by ordering from the same place. Much to my surprise, every single delivery arrived with no problems at all. Good grief! Twenty birthday bouquets delivered with no problems!
