I thank you for putting some joy into the life of one of my closest friends. Sadly, she passed away from cancer recently much too young. Is there some kind of large population of patient souls where you get your customer service people from? Do they also babysit for a trio of tiny terrors (ages: 3, 6, & 8)? I must have been on the phone with this person (I forget her name, sorry!) for at least a half an hour trying to order a simple flower arrangement and I have to chase around my terrors (I mean: lovely children) at the same time. My fiancee and his friends, for some odd reason, decided to take a cross-country trip to California and back.
