Thank you for sending the magnificent flower arrangement to my aunt. She was so delighted with them and it brought a smile to her face that I had not seen since she fell ill. The flowers arrived at the hospital today and everyone stopping by her room offered a compliment. They are beautiful get well flowers and she says they brighten her room and make her feel better. It's much easier to be able to order flowers when the mood strikes, from a reputable retailer like yourself, than it is to make a conscious effort to go down to a florist in a shop and order something from them. I don't mean to sound like I'm bad-mouthing florists, it's just so much easier on the Internet. Maybe it's just your site that's so easy. My confession is this: you weren't my first choice for sending flowers, but you were recommended by my assistant, who I guess had had a good experience. I wouldn't have even told you about this, but my initial hesitation was based on the my experience with other Internet delivery companies. I'm glad I was wrong about you, and I'm glad my assistant was right. I don't know if your partnership with FTD was responsible for that (I don't think that really has much to do with it).
