I appreciate that in the flower world FTD is like the phone company, so every florist has to use it. But I'd like to say that I think you guys are different. Because of some credit card issues, I used more than one flower delivery company to order some accent flowers for a Christmas family celebration. I was stunned at the differences between the flowers I ordered from other sites and the flowers I ordered from yours. My mother has been an inspiration to me my whole life. Every time I go to her for advice, she is patient, understanding, and always has words of wisdom for me. It is absolutely the least thing I could do to send her flowers on Mother's Day, especially with everything I owe her. But she's got such a great attitude about life, she breaks down in tears that her daughter could be so kind as to bring her flowers. This may sound a little silly, but I hope it doesn't. My best friend's cat died over the weekend, and I couldn't think of anything to do for her being so far away with work and all. The best thing I could think of was to send a nice sympathy bouquet. I know how close she was to that cat, and I didn't really know how to say that in words. So I let the flowers do the talking, just to let her know that I was there for her. She did eventually share her feelings with me, and I'm glad I could help. She fawned over it, even though we've never been close. I think she was impressed by the flowers more than the thought of it because at first she didn't recognize the name of the person who gave them to her (mine).
