I know you can't see it, but there's a big smile on my face because I finally got my father to break his long silence to my brother. The reports were glowing. It wasn't just the normal "satisfaction" type customer comments. The people you call customers actually seem to feel like you're a part of their lives, which is very telling for a potential customer like me.
